Our Mission is to:

Represent the interest of our members before legislative and administrative bodies in the formulation of policies for rural housing and development
Keep our members informed of legislative and administrative changes affecting rural rental housing programs administered by State and Federal Agencies
Inform the public about the benefits derived from governmental programs that assist housing and development in rural areas
Assist our members in their roles as owners/managers/developers of affordable housing in the State of Ohio by providing on-going education and training by leading experts in the housing industry
